Your first appointment will be more pleasant for both you and your pet when you know what to expect when you arrive.
We ask you to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can complete our New Patient Form. if you would like to save time, you can fill out the New Patient Form in advance online.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our team members will go over your pet's history and talk about their issues. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you have, we'll dedicate time to answering them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After your cat or dog has been examined we'll provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options. Your vet will work with you to determine the best treatment plan for your pet.
Following your appointment, we'll develop a detailed report of our diagnosis, the conversations we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. This information will be kept on hand for when you require it.

- What types of payment options are available?
We expect payments to be made in full at the time we provide our services or when your pet is discharged. We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
- Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
We will give you an estimate in good faith for the cost of our services before providing your pet with treatment. However, unforeseen circumstances could arise that might impact your final bill.
We always discuss our written estimate with our clients before they leave our hospital, and require a deposit based on our estimate before we can provide any further treatments.
- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?

If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can, so may offer the space in our schedule to other clients.
- What types of animals do you treat?
We provide veterinary services for cats and dogs.
- Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?
You can purchase all the medications and specialty food your pet needs either via our online store or our in-house pharmacy.
- What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
We require a deposit payment for all emergency examinations. When our staff and doctors have examined your pet, we will give you an estimate for the costs of treatment to determine a treatment plan.
If additional hospitalization, diagnostics, or surgery is needed, we will require a deposit upfront, with payment due in full when your pet is discharged.
- Can you help with my pet insurance?
We will be happy to help you complete the insurance forms for your pet’s visit.
